Vision Drivers and Scenarios

There are several factors that can drive us towards the vision or away from it depending on how we adapt to them or influence them. Because of that they are described as drivers.

As most of these are within our control, we can work towards a Sustainable Water scenario through policies and instruments conducive to achieving our Vision, implemented effectively by appropriate institutions.

Failure to do that we would head for a Water Crisis probably by 2025 or some time thereafter.

If these drivers perform in ways that are detrimental to achieving our Vision, the Water Crisis will surely occur by 2025 if not much earlier
